US President Donald Trump has been permanently suspended from Twitter “due to the risk of further incitement of violence” the company says.
Trump’s account has more than 88 million followers, his account was permanently banned due to the risk of further incitement of violence following the Storming of the US capital on Wednesday.
Twitter had temporarily blocked Trump’s account on Wednesday and warned that no violation by the president’s account would result in permanent suspension.
He returned to Twitter on Thursday with a video that says Biden would be next. He also says that he would not attend Biden’s inauguration which was received by a number of his supporters.
