President-elect Joe Biden declared it was “time to heal” a deeply divided America in his first speech after prevailing on Saturday in a bitter election, even as President Donald Trump refused to concede and pressed ahead with legal fights against the outcome.
Apart from all this, Modi tweeted congratulations to Biden and wished for a better India-US relationship.

I look forward to working closely together once again to take India-US relations to greater heights,” PM Modi tweeted, along with a file photo of him meeting Joe Biden.
