At the same time, a maximum of 50 people will be able to attend the marital ceremony and maximum 20 people in the funeral with the compliance of covid 19 protocol. Apart from this, all mass activities like rally, procession, gathering and public function etc. will be completely banned.

With this ban, the election process, railway station, bus stand, medical institute, state and public offices and examination hall locations used in schools and colleges will be exempted as an exception.

This order will be effective from September 20 and will remain effective till 6 pm on October 31. The person who disobeys or violates this prohibition will be prosecuted under sections 188, 269, 270 of the Indian Penal Code, Rajasthan Pandemic Act 2020 and Disaster Management Act 2005.
