Night curfew extended in RajasthanMarkets in 8 cities will close at 9 p.m., curfew from 10 p.m.; Also preparing to close schools up to VIII

In Rajasthan, the government has become stricter in view of the increasing cases of corona. The markets in 8 cities of the state will now be closed from 9 pm. It has been decided to impose night curfew from 10 o’clock in the night.

The first market closure time was fixed at 10 o’clock and the night curfew was fixed at 11 o’clock, but after the corona case escalated, the time has now been reduced. The closure of schools up to VIII can also be decided soon.

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot took a meeting of the Corona Core Group on Wednesday. The new guideline has been approved in the meeting. The capital Jaipur will be strictly enforced in 8 corona affected cities.

  • New restrictions are also set to be imposed on the swimming pool.
  • There will be a shop with fine on giving goods to a person without masks.

Earlier on March 21, the Home Department had issued a karona guideline. On this day, it was decided to close the market at 10 o’clock and impose night curfew in 8 cities from 11 o’clock in the night. Night curfew has been imposed in Jaipur, Ajmer, Bhilwara, Jodhpur, Kota, Udaipur, Sagwara and Kushalgarh since March 22. At the time of the previous restrictions, 476 corona cases were reported, which have doubled, and are continuously increasing.

Gehlot wrote: “Will

not compass at any cost” after the Corona review meeting, CM Ashok Gehlot has written on social media that no mask no entry will be strictly adhered to. In view of the growing infection, we will not compromise at any cost. Vaccination will be increased. The Chief Minister has instructed the meeting to formulate a district-wise action plan on the Kovid control. Collectors have been asked to focus on contact tracing and micro-container zone creation.
