In Rajasthan, five people of the same family were killed in a road accident near Sanchore in Jalore district on Sunday morning. The deceased include two sons, wife, Dohita and Dohiti (Nati-Naatin) of the Sanchore resident Ganpatlal Suthar. These people were coming from Jodhpur to Sanchore by car. Ten kilometres before reaching home, the train was hit by a speeding truck coming from the front. Four people died on the spot while one succumbed to their treatment.
Two sons of Ganpatlal Suthar, 25-year-old Dinesh Kumar and 22-year-old Bhajan Lal, wife Shanti Devi (52) and their two daughters , Jasraj (12) and Hathisa (5) died in the incident. All of them were coming from Jodhpur to sanchore. 10 kms from Sanchore, the sweet berry collided with a truck coming from the front near Parwa on the National highway in Chitalwana police station area. The next part of the car rammed under the truck.
The police, with the help of the people of the locality, evacuated the trapped people in the car, but 4 people had died. The fifth Bhajan Lal succumbed to his treatment at the hospital. The head of the aggrieved family is the leader of the OBC cell of the Congress at Ganpatlal Suthar Sanchore.
