Modi inaugurates Rs.3000 crore gas pipeline in Kerala

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurates a 450 km gas pipeline joining Kochi and Mangalore. Also, this pipeline brings Kerala and Karnataka closer to the national gas grid.

The national gas grid will allow all the states to breathe easy by giving services like cleaning fuel at an affordable price. The Kochi Mangalore pipeline will bring gas to the Dakshin Kannada district of Karnataka while passing through many districts of Kerala.

The pipeline has a total of 938 km through the country and is laid across many different districts. The Prime Minister describes the Rs.3000 project as a very important project for the nation.

The prime minister also said that the pipeline will improve the way of living for people for both the states. Also, it will reduce the cost of poor and middle-class people.
