Delhi Curfew: To restrict New Year Celebration

The government has decided to ensure a curfew in Delhi to ban new year celebrations because people gather for late-night parties and all. No public gathering will be allowed in Delhi between 11 pm to 6 am.

The minister said on Monday to restrict new year gathering and urged the states to take legal actions looking into the matter of coronavirus. The minister also says that the virus can increase coronavirus cases in Delhi.

On Tuesday, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that Delhi is all set to beat the new coronavirus strain.

“At one point Delhi has recorded more than 8,000 records on a particular day, which was highest in the world”. But Delhiites have controlled the corona spread.
